In plain English: what we collect, why, and your choices. Optimum Health + Performance is a trading name of Optimum Health and Sports Performance Ltd.
What we collect
- When you contact us or take the assessment: your name, email, and the details you give us, including your assessment answers and any message. The assessment turns your answers into a score and a short report.
- When you browse: standard analytics data such as pages viewed, rough location, device and browser, through Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them.
We collect only the lifestyle answers you choose to give in the assessment, and we never sell your data.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry, send you your results, and arrange coaching or a consultation if you ask.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
The legal basis is your consent for analytics cookies and marketing emails, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running the business.
Cookies
- Essential: nothing beyond remembering your cookie choice.
- Analytics, optional: Google Analytics sets cookies to measure usage. They are off by default and only switch on if you click Accept on the cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode, so nothing analytics related runs until you agree.
You can change your choice at any time.
Who we share it with
We use a few trusted providers to run the site and reach you. Your data passes through them only to deliver the service:
- Google Analytics for website analytics
- Vercel for hosting and privacy-friendly analytics
- Resend for sending our email, such as your enquiry and results
We do not share your data for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and assessment details for as long as we need them to help you and run the business, and no longer than necessary. Ask us and we will delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email admin@theoptimumcoach.com and we will sort it.
